The Museum shop has a very special history, based in the very same room that Johnson’s parents ran their bookshop business from since 1708. Today the shop is a second hand bookshop covering all subjects, and all proceeds support the Birthplace. A wide range of gifts and souvenirs includes new books on Johnson and Lichfield.
